Absolutely fantastic TowBoatUS owner/operator! Over a week of almost daily interactions with Captain Tommy Savoy I found him to be a very knowledgeable, competent, ethical, and customer friendly businessman. After I was rescued by the US Coast Guard, Captain Savoy went out of his way to work with them, regularly plotting my boats Lon/Lat from her EPIRB transmission as she drifted. He made multiple attempts to get her and ultimately was able to successfully bring her safely back to Lake Charles with no additional damage, saving her from becoming a total loss or environmental mess. Cash I had left on the counter during my chaotic exit was still there, untouched, as was all the rest of my possessions. His towing charges were reasonable and fair. The passion and integrity of his work is truly remarkable, and he treats his customers as though they are family. I highly recommend him!
